Concert & wine tasting

In collaboration with the Fabbriche Palma winery

Sunday morning the #Bacco&Arianna event is at the Fabbriche Palma winery for a concert - tasting around Bacchus' gold: wine. It is said that Arianne, abandoned by Theseus with a broken heart, met Bacchus, son of Jupiter and a mortal, on a beach, raised by water lilies who fed him with honey. Conquered by the beauty of Arianne, the god fell in love with her and gave her a wonderful golden crown, the work of Hephaestus, which was transformed by the god into a shining constellation at his death. Once on Olympus, Arianne and Bacchus got married. A region of gastronomic delicacies, the Valdichiana offers an exceptional quality of wines, the tasting of which will be interspersed with short musical pieces associated with the wines, and will end with the listening of the famous Arensky quartet for violin, viola and two cellos.
